We would like to begin by thanking you all who stayed by our side and supported us during these unprecedented times.

Thankfully, those times are soon over and we can’t wait to have you all back.

As you all may know, we have not been sleeping through the lockdown. A complete refurbishment has taken place including a Bigger Legs Room, New Boxing Space, Juice Bar with a delicious menu, extended Back and Abs area, Massage Seats and many more for you to come and explore.

Even though welcoming you back is as exciting for us as it is for you, there are rules and government guidelines, with additional measures we have included, that we will strictly follow to ensure that the safety and cleanliness of the gym and members are prioritised.

We would expect all members to comply by these rules and respect these regulations to make sure our gym is the safest it could be and so we all get to enjoy training again without a worry.

We have all missed you very much and cannot wait to welcome you all back.
